ANORA respects and supports your privacy. This policy explains the privacy practices for ANORAlife.com (referred to as the "Site") and its mobile applications and other services provided by ANORA Cremation, Burial & Events (all of which is referred to as the “Services”). In particular, this policy describes the manner in which ANORA may collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected by the Site from users (“Users”) of the Site.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy

Processing personal information is integral to providing the Services and providing Users with a valuable resource and the Services cannot be provided without us collecting and processing that information. By accepting our Terms and Conditions or using the Services, you are confirming that you have read and understand this policy and have agreed to be bound by it as it may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed to be your acceptance of those changes.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

In the case of Individuals (clients or other persons seeking funeral or pre-arranged services and information), we collect information to respond to your request for information and/or assistance. When Users leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the User’s IP address and browser user agent string to facilitate spam detection.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a number of ways, including, but not limited to, Users visiting our site, booking a service, subscribing to our newsletter, responding to a survey, filling out a form, or in connection with any other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on the Site from time to time. Users may be asked for their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or social media user name. Users may also choose to browse our Site anonymously. We only collect personal information when Users directly voluntarily submit that information to us.
